Responsibilities Work on key projects that you will own, lead, and deliver from day 1. Collaborate with a diverse team of P&Gers from various backgrounds, nationalities, and markets. Develop innovative approaches to big problems using creativity and teamwork. Receive continuous coaching and mentorship from your manager and colleagues. Contribute to a dynamic and respectful work environment. Job Qualifications Active undergraduate student with 6‑12 months left to graduate. Can move to Panama until graduation and fully commit to delivering projects that will last at least 6 months. Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English. Strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem‑solving, and an end‑goal oriented attitude. Driven to overcome barriers or setbacks to consistently deliver strong results. Comfortable collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds and experiences. Shows strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow as a professional. Hard Skills Understanding of business principles. Basic financial acumen. Proficiency in relevant software tools. Soft Skills Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Effective communication abilities. Leadership potential and creativity. Nice to Have Skills Experience in project management. Knowledge of marketing strategies.
