Sr. Temporary Process Technician

Join our Engineering team in the Processes area and contribute directly to the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will play a key technical leadership function, supporting daily production, ensuring process robustness, and driving quality, safety, and efficiency across injection and blow molding processes in a demanding industrial environment.Reports to: Engineering ManagerMain responsibilities :Follow up on the daily operations of the production area, providing technical support to other departments in the analysis of customer complaints and ensuring compliance with quality objectives.Implement and follow up on actions for the control of Scrap, keeping the processes within the established parameters.Support in the implementation of safety programs and 5's in the area of processes.Supervise and ensure the correct operation of injection and blow molding processes, including machine start-ups, cycle control, robot adjustments and mold-machine validations.Record and document events, start-ups and pursuits in the IQMS system, as well as keep the documentation of the quality system updated.Stop out-of-specification processes and coordinate corrective actions to ensure compliance with product requirements and production schedule.Make changes to mold changes (enabling external connection Core, Valve Gate, Blower).Manufacture of EOAs as well as programming for Wittmann robots in products with automatic cycle.To carry out new injection processes using scientific moulding principles as a reference.Profile :Baccalaureate/Technical Baccalaureate in electronics, electricity, mechanics or related.Experience 5 years in a similar position. Start-ups and process adjustments with different products and/or plastics. Handling and programming of different brands of molding machines
