This role supports engineering and operations teams by ensuring network stability, troubleshooting complex issues, and assisting with network optimization and evolution initiativesKey ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day Mobile Core network operations supportAct as a technical point of contact for engineering and operations teamsSupport IMS Core platforms and servicesPerform advanced troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause analysisLead technical bridge calls during critical incidentsSupport network automation, observability, and security improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issuesRequired SkillsStrong experience in Mobile Core / IMS technologiesKnowledge of LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and 5G networksExperience with Telco Cloud (CNF/VNF environments)Familiarity with Linux/Unix troubleshootingUnderstanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, Diameter, Radius, LDAPExperience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Ansible, OpenStack, or cloud-native environmentsStrong communication and customer-facing skillsPreferredExperience with telecom vendor core network platformsExposure to network monitoring, automation, and containerized telecom solutionsWork EnvironmentFully remote roleMust support US business hoursFlexibility required during critical incidents or escalations
