Senior Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Manager

OverviewWe are hiring a Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Manager to help build and scale marketing efforts for a fast-growing AI-native platform.The company helps businesses automate operations, generate revenue, and deploy AI agents across business workflows. This role will focus on building repeatable marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and meetings with mid-market companies.You will work directly with the founders to test campaigns, identify industries where AI adoption is growing quickly, and build scalable demand generation strategies.The company also uses its own AI marketing and CRM tools internally, so part of the role will involve running campaigns using the platform and helping demonstrate how it works in real-world marketing scenarios.This is an exciting opportunity to join an early-stage AI company and help shape its marketing engine from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leadsRun outreach and engagement campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Email, Content marketing, and Webinars.Identify and target mid-market companies ($5M–$50M revenue) across different industriesTest messaging and campaigns to identify strong market opportunities for AI solutionsTrack lead generation, engagement, and campaign performanceWork closely with the founder or sales team to convert prospects into meetingsBuild repeatable demand generation campaigns that create consistent pipelineExperiment with AI tools and automation to improve campaign efficiencyUse the company’s AI marketing and CRM platform to run campaigns and demonstrate its capabilitiesIdeal Experience5+ years of experience in digital marketing or demand generationStrong B2B marketing experienceExperience generating qualified leads and booked meetingsExperience targeting mid-market companiesExperience running campaigns across: LinkedIn, Email outreach , Digital channelsExperience using CRM systems or marketing automation toolsData-driven mindset with experience testing and optimizing campaignsWhat We’re Looking ForHands-on and execution-focusedComfortable working in an early-stage startup environmentAble to run campaigns independently without a large teamCurious about AI and emerging marketing toolsAdaptable and comfortable experimenting with new strategiesIf you’re excited about building and scaling marketing from the ground up and want to play a key role in driving growth for an innovative AI company, we’d love to hear from you.
