This role is focused on maintaining internal systems, creator data, and operational processes that help our team scale efficiently. This is an entry-level opportunity with a clear path to growth into a Campaign Manager role.The Day to Day:Creator & Roster ManagementMaintain accurate creator records, rosters, and internal databasesUpdate and manage creator rosters and profilesSupport onboarding and offboarding processes for creatorsEnsure all creator information is current, organized, and accessibleAdministrative & Operational SupportSupport day-to-day operations for the Creator Management teamMaintain trackers, reports, and internal documentationHelp organize creator assets, insights, and performance dataAssist with internal workflows and process improvementsGifting & PR CoordinationCoordinate product gifting and PR opportunities with creatorsTrack and document gifting partnershipsCommunicate opportunities between internal teams and creatorsGrowth & Research SupportBuild and maintain creator referral and prospect listsSupport team initiatives through research and data organizationWhat We’re Looking ForStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyInterest in influencer marketing or the creator economyStrong communication and collaboration skillsExperience with spreadsheets or data tracking is a plusGrowth OpportunityThis role is designed as a stepping stone into a Campaign Manager position, with opportunities to grow into a more campaign-focused role over time.Why Join TSSWork with top creators and global brandsFlexible, fully remote work environmentOpportunities for professional development and growth.Collaborative, supportive, and fun team culture.
