We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist to support and grow marketing efforts in the Mexico market. This is a newly created role designed to strengthen local execution and expand market presence, working closely with regional and global teams.This position blends hands-on execution with increasing strategic involvement—ideal for someone who wants to move beyond coordination and contribute to market growth and sales enablement.Work SetupInitially on-site during onboardingTransition to a hybrid model (2–3 days in office) based on a mutually agreed scheduleStrong preference for regular in-person collaboration, with flexibility in approachWhat You’ll DoExecute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social channelsManage and update website content (product pages, landing pages, copy) using a CMS platform (BigCommerce)Coordinate localization and translation of content (English ↔ Spanish) to ensure cultural relevanceAdapt global marketing materials for the Mexico marketPartner with sales and regional leadership to support lead generation and sales enablementTrack and report on campaign performance and engagement metricsSupport trade shows and events, including logistics and materials preparationCollaborate with external vendors (designers, developers, agencies) to deliver projects on timeMaintain organized marketing assets and ensure version controlTeam & CollaborationWork closely with regional leadership and global marketing stakeholdersCollaborate with a local marketing generalist supporting social media and eventsPartner with external creative and web development agenciesContribute to a growing marketing function with increasing strategic inputWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field2–4 years of experience in a marketing or digital coordination roleBilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)Experience managing website content within a CMS (no coding required)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesEffective communicator comfortable working with cross-functional and international teamsTechnical SkillsExperience with CMS platforms (e.g., BigCommerce, WordPress, or similar)Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)Social media platforms and scheduling toolsCanva and/or Adobe Creative SuiteMicrosoft Office 365Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) is a plusNice to HaveExperience in B2B marketingExposure to healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industriesExperience working in Mexico or Latin America marketsFamiliarity with ecommerce or performance marketingWhy Join?Be part of a growing international organization expanding its presence in MexicoOpportunity to shape a new role with real impact on local market growthBlend of hands-on execution and strategic collaborationWork in a flexible, cross-functional, and globally connected environment
