You won’t just be /"checking boxes/" I give you, but also proactively managing my marketing and lead generation from top to bottom. The ideal candidate can refine every touchpoint in our funnel to identify improvements, increase conversions, and keep my calendar booked with dream clients.Core ResponsibilitiesFull Expirence Ownership: Proactively lead marketing and lead generation strategy. You will monitor the entire /"client journey/" and refine the process to ensure no lead is left behind.Creative Content Production: Edit high-quality video (Reels/TikToks) and design graphic layouts for social media. You should have a sharp eye for luxury aesthetics and current social trends.Gemini-Powered Engagement: Execute /"strategic commenting/" on Instagram and Facebook. You will leverage Gemini to help draft savvy, natural, and brand-aligned responses to engage with venues, planners, and potential couples.The /"Nurture Loop/": Manage our relationship with past clients. You’ll lead outreach for anniversaries and milestones via email and instant messenger to drive organic referrals.Ad & Pipeline Management: Monitor leads from Facebook and Instagram ads. You own the /"speed to lead,/" ensuring portfolios and links are sent out immediately when a prospect shows interest.Website Management: Update and fill out website templates in Showit to expand and refresh the current website.Gallery Curation: Learn to identify and select /"key images/" from large wedding galleries, often 1,500+ images, to be used for marketing, blogs, and social media.RequirementsEnglish Command: Strong command of the English language. You must be able to edit and /"humanize/" output from Gemini so it feels personal, warm, and sophisticated.Technical Proficiency:Skills in video editing and graphic design.Tech-Forward: You are comfortable learning new software quickly through research, experimentation, and self-guided problem-solving, and are comfortable working on a Mac.Proactive Mindset: You don’t wait for a task list.
