We're building the operating system for how brands show up in AI-generated answers: measuring presence, diagnosing gaps, and driving the work that closes them.We're scaling our service side to deliver hands-on AEO and content marketing for clients who want execution, not just a dashboard.Your MissionOwn how we deliver content and visibility work for our service clients. You'll run AEO/GEO programs end-to-end, lead the content strategy that gets brands cited by AI engines, and use our internal workflows to ship at a speed traditional agencies can't match. This role is for a content marketer who's already gone deep on AI workflows and is ready to take ownership of a function — not someone looking for a queue of tickets.What You'll DoOwn clients portfolio end-to-end: AI visibility audits, prompt research, content calendars, listicles, comparison pages, llms.txt rollouts, citation outreach.Set content strategy for each client (what to build, what to refresh, what to retire) mapped to the prompts and personas that drive AI citationWrite and edit content built to get cited by AI enginesDevelop new playbooks as you learn what AI engines actually rewardTranslate AEO performance into clear insights and next steps for clientsRaise the bar: improve our templates, processes, and documentation so output compounds over timeWhat We're Looking For3+ years of content marketing or SEO work for real clients you can name, with results you can showDeep understanding of AI search: schema, entity SEO, citations, source authority, AEO/GEO frameworks.Already using Claude (or Cursor / agentic tools) seriously for real work: drafting, research, automating workflowsGenuinely strong written English (clients are US, UK, EU)Based in LATAM with US-overlapping working hoursSenior execution ability: you can run workstreams end-to-end without heavy managementComfortable with ambiguity and high ownership; you create clarity and momentumNice to HaveExperience building your own Claude Code skills, custom GPTs, or n8n/Zapier automations for content workflowsHands-on AEO/GEO work (optimizing for AI answer surfaces, entity/intent clarity, structured data, citation strategy)US agency experience or portfolio work owning multiple accounts at onceB2B SaaS, ecommerce, or local services exposureWhy Rank Prompt?Real ownership of the service line, with a path to grow into Head of SEO for clientsDirect work with the founders.
