About Extension eCom:We're a fast growing full service Amazon agency (grew 80% YoY in 2025) led by an ex-Amazon employee that supports Amazon businesses growth through PPC advertising, SEO, Catalog Support, Reporting, Strategy, & more.Position Summary:We're hiring a full-time Amazon Brand Manager to serve as the strategic lead and primary point of contact for a portfolio of Amazon brands ranging from $0 to $10M+ in annual sales.You will own the full client relationship — leading communications, running meetings, and developing growth strategies — while coordinating a cross-functional pod to bring those strategies to life.Your primary focus will be:Owning all client communication across email, Slack, and meetingsRunning client calls and providing actionable strategic recommendationsDelegating and overseeing execution across your pod (PPC, Marketing, Catalog, and Design)Driving profitable, sustainable growth for every brand in your portfolioServing as the connective tissue between client goals and internal executionThis is a high-ownership, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, thinking strategically, and holding a team accountable to results.Responsibilities:Manage all client communication via email, Slack, and video callsRun client meetings and deliver clear, data-informed strategic recommendationsDevelop and communicate growth strategies tailored to each brand's goalsQA meetings notes and task assignments for your PMMonitor brand performance and proactively identify opportunities and risksMaintain strong client relationships that drive retention and satisfactionQualifications:2 years Amazon or e-commerce experience requiredProven experience in a client-facing role (account management, brand management, or similar)Comfortable leading meetings and presenting recommendations with confidenceSkilled at delegating across multiple team members and holding them accountableStrong written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative team player who can manage up, down, and acrossPay:MX$700,000 - MX$800,000 annually (MX$58,333 - MX$66,666 /mo)Pay is broken into a salary and a monthly bonus if the monthly churn for the client portfolio you support is less than 8.30%.Job Type: Full-time, remoteBenefits:Opportunities for promotionPay raiseWork from homePTOHolidays off
