About UsTelos Labs designs, builds, and operates AI-powered products and workflows for technology and social impact ventures. Our clients are primarily U.S.-based. We work on projects that combine meaningful human needs, passionate teams, and business viability. We have strategy, positioning, and a growing pipeline of opportunities driven by our network. What we don't yet have is a repeatable top-of-funnel engine that generates qualified leads independent of founder activity. That's what this role owns.We operate with AI tools at the center of how we work. The right person for this role uses AI to compress the cycle from idea to published asset from weeks to days, and actively scopes and introduces new AI tools to accelerate their workflows further. What We ValueMakers first culture: Building, shipping, and learning over excessive process.Excellence and craft: Discipline, care, and pride in high-quality work.Ownership and autonomy: Drive initiatives end-to-end without waiting for permission.Continuous learning: Curiosity and self-directed growth.Social impact: Enthusiasm for projects that improve people's lives. The RoleYou own the top of our funnel. Your job is to generate qualified leads by running experiments, producing assets that reach the market, and iterating based on what works. You report to Pedro Moura (Operating Partner) and work closely with Jordán Treviño (CEO) to align on strategy and priorities, but you drive execution, propose the next experiments, and own the outcomes. This is a hands-on role. You will write the post, build the landing page, send the email, launch the ad, and publish the content yourself. You will decide how to sequence a campaign, which ICP to test next, and what to change when something isn't working. Pedro and Jordán will bring strategic direction, business context, and support. The production and the decisions at the point of production are yours. You will work with AI tools every day. A year ago, this role would have required a team of three. Today, one strong operator with AI fluency can cover the full stack. We expect you to push the envelope on what AI enables, not use it as an occasional helper.Strong performance opens clear growth paths into Marketing Lead or Growth Lead roles as the function matures. What You OwnQualified lead generation. You are measured on the volume and quality of leads entering our pipeline. Every activity serves this outcome. If something isn't working, you propose changes rather than repeating it.Experiment velocity. You run continuous experiments across messaging, channels, offers, and ICP segments. The goal is to test quickly and learn what works, not to deliver polished campaigns on a quarterly cadence.ICP audience growth. You grow Telos's presence in the communities where our ICPs live (LinkedIn, Ruby events, founder networks, industry groups) and turn that presence into conversations.Nurture and follow-up. You build and operate the email and follow-up systems that keep leads warm between touchpoints so no opportunity goes cold.Content that drives the pipeline. You produce content (social posts, blog posts, one-pagers, email campaigns) designed to generate conversations, not just visibility.AI-driven workflow leverage. You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, image and video generation tools, research agents, automation platforms) as a core part of how you produce work. You scope and introduce new AI tools as they emerge, evaluate them against our workflows, and adopt the ones that compress cycle time or raise quality. You are expected to operate at a pace that would be impossible without AI leverage. What You'll DoWeb PublishingDeploy and maintain landing pages, service pages, and content pages (Webflow now, Bridgetown/static site generators as we transition)Stand up new pages the same day copy is finalizedOwn navigation, CTAs, formatting, and mobile responsivenessContent ProductionProduce LinkedIn posts, blog posts, email copy, and one-pagers from source material: transcripts, Loom recordings, internal documents, conversation notesUse AI tools to accelerate drafting, research, and iteration cyclesWrite in a practitioner voice that resonates with technical leaders without sounding like a marketing departmentMaintain a weekly publishing rhythm. Content sits in draft for days, not weeksEmail and CampaignsExecute email campaigns: build lists, format cleanly, QA before send, track performanceRun small-scale experiments: LinkedIn ads, landing page tests, webinar promotion, outbound collateralReport results in plain terms. What went out, who engaged, what we learned, what changes nextVisual and Brand ExecutionProduce on-brand social graphics, email layouts, and one-pagers using our existing design system and AI-assisted design toolsCatch formatting and brand inconsistencies before they reach the marketAI Tooling and Workflow DesignContinuously scope and evaluate new AI tools that could accelerate your workIntroduce tools that earn their place and retire tools that don'tBuild reusable prompts, templates, and automations that compound your output over timeCoordination and Decision-MakingSync directly with engineering, design, and business development without routing through leadershipMake marketing calls (targeting, sequencing, channel, messaging) and bring them as decisions with rationale, not open questionsArrive at weekly meetings with published work, experiment results, and proposed next testsHow You'll Be MeasuredQualified leads generated per week and monthExperiment velocity: number and quality of tests runSpeed to publish: time from idea or input to live assetConversion rate from initial touchpoint to discovery callPipeline contribution: leads that progress into active sales conversationsOver time, success looks like a consistent, predictable flow of qualified leads that reduces Telos's dependence on founder-led prospecting.Required to ApplyStrong English and Spanish fluency, written and spoken2–4 years in growth marketing, demand generation, content marketing, or a closely related hands-on roleDaily, hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, image/video generation, research tools, etc.) in your actual work.
