Remote: MXTime: 20-25hrs/weekRange: USD 9-10/hrIMPORTANT NOTE: Please submit your CV in ENGLISH to be considered for this position.About the RoleWe’re looking for an Email Marketing Copywriter who can write campaigns that people actually open, read, and click. You’ll own our email program end-to-end—from concept and copy to template design and performance analysis—with AI tools like Claude as a core part of your daily workflow. If you can turn a brand voice into subject lines that earn attention and body copy that drives revenue, we want to talk.What You’ll DoWrite high-converting email copy across the full lifecycle: welcome series, nurture flows, promotional campaigns, transactional emails, newsletters, and re-engagement journeys.Design, build, and QA responsive email templates in Mailchimp, including segmentation, A/B tests, automations, and audience management.Use Claude and other AI tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, variant generation, and editing—while keeping a sharp human eye on brand voice and quality.Develop and document a clear brand voice and editorial standards for email.Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests on subject lines, preview text, CTAs, layouts, and send times.Track and report on KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue per send, list growth, unsubscribe rate) and turn insights into the next round of experiments.Partner with design, product, and growth teams to align email with the broader marketing calendar.What You Bring1-2+ years writing email marketing copy with measurable results (please share metrics in your portfolio).Hands-on Mailchimp proficiency: building templates, managing audiences and tags, setting up Customer Journeys, and running A/B tests.Demonstrated experience using Claude and other AI tools as part of a real production workflow—not just experimenting, but shipping.Comfort designing clean, on-brand, mobile-friendly email templates (basic HTML/CSS for email is a strong plus).Strong grasp of email best practices: deliverability, accessibility, CAN-SPAM/GDPR, list hygiene, and segmentation.Analytical mindset—you can read a performance report and form a real hypothesis from it.Excellent self-editing, attention to detail, and ability to manage a calendar of overlapping campaigns.Nice to HaveExperience with additional ESPs (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Iterable, Customer.io).Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or DTC brands.Skill with prompt engineering and building reusable AI prompt libraries or workflows.Light graphic design skills (Figma, Canva) for email assets.What Success Looks Like in 90 DaysYou’ve audited the existing email program and shipped a clear improvement plan.Core lifecycle flows are live, on-brand, and outperforming previous benchmarks.There’s a documented voice guide, template library, and AI workflow the whole team can use.
