This is not a support role - you'll own strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, with local SEO across our 10-city footprint as a secondary function. You'll report directly to the CEO with clear metrics and real autonomy.We've run paid ads through agencies for 18 months. The model doesn't work. Someone bought-in and living inside our ICP daily will outperform a vendor. If you've proven that before, this is for you.What You'll OwnGoogle Ads: campaign management, bid strategy, keyword expansion, LP testingMeta + LinkedIn: audience targeting, creative testing, budget pacingPaid media strategy -you build the plan, CEO approves budget and mixLocal SEO: GBP optimization across 10 U.S. cities, LocalFalcon tracking, citation managementWeekly HubSpot scoreboard: proposals from paid, CPL, pipeline value, ROASReporting directly to CEO every week with a clear point of viewGrowth Path: Programmatic AdvertisingWe're launching a programmatic advertising service for our clients (CTV, display, DSP). The right person will expand into managing programmatic campaigns for LocalEyes clients - broader skill-building and a higher comp ceiling.What We're Looking ForNon-negotiables:Google Ads certified - send the verification link in your application4-6 years of B2B paid media experience (SaaS, tech, professional services) - not e-commerce, not DTCHas run campaigns solo before, not just inside an agency teamEnglish written fluency at near-native levelEST overlap required - minimum 4 hours daily (9am-5pm ET)Strong plusses:LinkedIn Conversation Ads and LinkedIn Video experienceLocal SEO tools: GBP, LocalFalcon, BrightLocal, SEMrushHubSpot experience - lead source attribution, deal trackingDSP or programmatic exposure (Trade Desk, DV360)What Success Looks LikeDay 30: Campaigns audited and optimized, HubSpot scoreboard live, GBP work underway across all 10 markets. Day 90: Full ownership of Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. 3.7+ proposals/month from paid channels. Day 180: ROAS trending 2x+. You're bringing ideas to the CEO, not waiting for direction.The DetailsCompensation: $4,000-$5,000/month USD base + performance bonuses (contractor, paid via Deel) Location: Remote - Latin America preferred (Colombia, Mexico, Argentina) Hours: Full-time, minimum 4-hour EST daily overlap Start Date: June 2026
