To date, we have driven billions of dollars in attributed revenue for our partners.The RoleAs a Paid Social Media Buyer at Lilo Social, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns for a portfolio of DTC eCommerce clients. You will work closely with our creative team to test new concepts, analyze performance data to identify scaling opportunities, and maintain client relationships through strategic communication and data-driven recommendations. Your ability to balance multiple accounts while maintaining exceptional ROAS performance will directly impact client growth and satisfaction.What success looks like:Consistent month-over-month ROAS improvement across your client portfolio through strategic testing and optimizationHigh client satisfaction and retention driven by proactive communication, strategic insights, and measurable revenue growthEfficient creative testing roadmaps that quickly identify winning concepts and scale budgets profitablyStrong collaboration with creative strategists, designers, and project managers to maintain velocity and quality across all accountsResponsibilitiesStrategize, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok platforms for multiple client accountsManage daily campaign budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to meet client revenue and ROAS targetsConduct frequent A/B testing across audiences, placements, creative formats, and messaging to identify scalable opportunitiesAnalyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for optimizationCollaborate with creative strategists and designers to provide performance feedback on ad creative and develop testing hypothesesBuild and refine audience segments using Meta's targeting capabilities, including custom audiences, lookalikes, and interest-based targetingMonitor and troubleshoot pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and attribution to ensure accurate performance measurementPrepare and present weekly or bi-weekly performance reports to clients, highlighting wins, learnings, and strategic next stepsMaintain constant communication with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and campaign objectivesIdentify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency metricsStay current on platform updates, new features, and industry best practices across Meta, TikTok, and emerging social platformsImplement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure error-free campaign launches and ad copy accuracyRequirements3+ years of hands-on paid social media buying experience, with a proven track record managing Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram advertising)Demonstrated experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50,000 or more for direct-to-consumer or eCommerce brandsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimization strategiesExpert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, events, custom conversions)Experience developing and executing creative testing methodologies, including structured A/B testing frameworksProven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency environment with competing priorities and tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clientsSelf-motivated and detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to maintain quality while working at high velocityNice to HaveExperience with TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, or Pinterest Ads platformsFamiliarity with attribution and analytics tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or RockerboxMeta Blueprint certification or other relevant platform certificationsExperience with Google Ads or other paid media channels to support integrated campaign strategiesUnderstanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page best practicesKnowledge of email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or experience working with retention marketing strategiesCompensation and BenefitsFully Remote: Work from anywhere working US hours with a distributed team cultureGenerous Time Off: Competitive PTO policy and paid holidays to maintain work-life balanceCompensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
