We offer solutions so our clients may manage and prepare for the potential financial consequences of uncertain future events.For more information, visit , or follow us on LinkedIn and X.Job Overview:We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Human Capital Coordinator to join our Mexico City team, remotely supporting the US-based Human Capital team at Oliver Wyman Actuarial. The Human Capital Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting (resume collection, interview scheduling and logistics, etc.), HC Operations (creating and maintaining employee files, entering data requests for input into the HRIS Workday, etc.), and talent development (supporting the career review process, tracking participation in learning programs, etc.). Each of our HC Coordinators will have exposure to these HC-wide activities (offering a generalist experience), while also “majoring” in one or more of the key responsibilities below that will represent their primary focus day-to-day.The Human Capital Coordinator will be required to work from the Mexico City office at least two days per week. Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):RecruitingCoordinate a high volume of interviews and logistics, including video conferences, office visits, phone screens, and debrief meetingsProvide timely and professional communication to candidates, and develop strong relationships with all participants – candidates, recruiters, and interviewersAssist with generating and sending offer letters and managing the collection of new hire paperworkSupport new hire onboardingPerform other recruitment duties and projects as assignedHuman Capital OperationsCreate and maintain employee electronic filesWork with OW HC Ops representative to update employee data in WorkdayCreate transactions in our Employee Transaction (ET) tool for: new hires, terms, ICs, salary increases, special bonus payments, transfers, dept/title changes, LOAs, etc.Track vacation information for all US employeesSubmit monthly CA sick time reportUpdate and maintain master vacation trackerUpload annual accrual file and input accrual information for new hires throughout the yearAnswer employee questions and help with ad-hoc employee requestsSupport gathering necessary approvals in accordance with our Approval MatrixPerform other HC Ops duties and projects as assignedTalent DevelopmentHelp with logistics for performance management meetings (send out calendar invites, reserve conference rooms, order catering)Coordinate virtual and in-person training programs, including maintaining and monitoring attendee lists to ensure accuracy at all timesPerform other duties and projects related to performance management and/or training as assignedExperience Required:1-3 years prior experience working in an administrative HC position in a high volume, fast-paced environmentExperience in management consultancy, financial services, and/or a similar professional services industry a plusSkills and Attributes:Clear communicator with fluency in English, both written and spokenProficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Knowledge of Workday or any other relevant HR system is a plusHighly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi-task and prioritize independently, successfully handling multiple projects with shifting deadlinesAbility to manage a heavy calendarAbility to maintain an organized email inbox; both personal and team shared inboxDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to maintain confidential information in a professional and discrete mannerStrong interpersonal skillsSuperior client service orientation and customer service skillsSolution-oriented and proactiveAbility to maintain and respect confidentialityStrong growth mindset and willingness to learnOliver Wyman is a business of Marsh (NYSE: MRSH), a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
