We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in headhunting.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong headhunting background to take full-cycle ownership of the recruitment process. This role requires someone proactive, resourceful, and highly skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent using modern recruitment tools and strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptanceConduct headhunting and passive candidate sourcing across multiple channelsUtilize platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systemsConduct high-quality interviews and effectively assess candidate fitBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidatesCoordinate and manage interview processes with hiring managersMaintain accurate and organized records in the ATSDevelop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talentEnsure a positive and professional candidate experience throughoutQualifications3–5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on headhuntingProven experience with:Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)IndeedLinkedIn RecruiterStrong interviewing and candidate evaluation skillsExperience closing hard-to-fill positionsExperience managing full-cycle recruitment independentlyStrong English fluency requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and meet hiring deadlinesExperience recruiting for legal or professional services roles is a plusRequirementsAvailability to work full-time (40 hours/week)Must be able to work 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday)Reliable internet connection and remote work setupBenefitsCompetitive hourly pay:Paid Time Off (PTO) based on tenureU.S. paid holidays (after one year of service)Virtual happy hours and team eventsGrowth and advancement opportunities within the firmJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: RemoteFILL OUT THIS FORM TO APPLY:
