Job Title: Technical Recruiter – LATAMLocation: Remote – Guadalajara Metropolitan Area, MexicoShift Timing: 9:00 AM CST – 6:00 PM CSTEmployment Type: Contract Initial 3 Months (It can be extended )Experience Required: Minimum 4+ Years in Technical Recruitment – LATAMJob Overview: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented LATAM IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Mexico. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers across the LATAM market.The recruiter must be fluent in both Spanish and English and should be well-versed in LATAM hiring practices, employment models, and recruitment processes. The candidate should also be capable of handling niche and high-priority hiring requirements within tight timelines and fast-paced environments.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract and full-time requirements.Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and internal databases.Screen and evaluate technical candidates based on client requirements.Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.Manage multiple IT requirements simultaneously with defined delivery timelines.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals across LATAM.Negotiate compensation and support onboarding activities.Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and status updates.Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth recruitment delivery.Handle niche and critical hiring requirements efficiently.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 4+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment within the LATAM market.Fluency in both Spanish and English (mandatory).Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices across LATAM.Experience in sourcing technical talent for various IT technologies and roles.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.Comfortable handling pressure and working on multiple priorities simultaneously.
