Senior HR Generalist - US Recruitment & Onboarding Focus

Employment Type: Full-Time, fully remoteSchedule: Tuesday-Saturday or Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm EST Salary Range: $1,300 - $1,500 per monthOur client is looking for a solution-oriented, proactive, and highly reliable Senior HR Generalist to support their growing team, with a strong emphasis on US recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. This role requires close collaboration with the Operations team, and is ideal for someone with experience in restaurant or retail environments and corporate recruitment.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for both field and corporate roles. Recruiting experience in the restaurant or retail industry is a huge plus.Facilitate onboarding processes, including I-9 compliance and new hire documentationCommunicate regularly with Operations to align staffing needs and onboarding timelinesMaintain accurate records in HRIS and applicant tracking systemsSupport general HR tasks, including employee relations, compliance, and documentationAssist with payroll coordination and benefits administrationUtilize platforms such as Workstream, Paradox, and ADP Workforce Now for recruitment and HR processesRequirements3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and onboardingExperience in restaurant or retail industries is strongly preferredFamiliarity with Workstream, Paradox, and ADP Workforce NowStrong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills as this role will need to take calls.Proficiency in Excel (not a disqualifier, but preferred)Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyLanguages: Proficiency in both Spanish & English is highly preferred for this role.Personal Device: A Windows-based computer is required for this role, as some of the tools and platforms used are not fully compatible with macOS.Why Join Us?Collaborative team environmentOpportunity to make a direct impact on hiring and employee experienceGrowth potential within a supportive HR structureBenefitsClient Relationship : You will be directly working with the client.
