OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruiter to join our fast-paced recruitment team. The ideal candidate has strong experience recruiting within the construction industry and is capable of managing multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining high hiring standards. This role requires strong sourcing, interviewing, and client management skills, along with the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for construction-related positionsCollaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and project requirementsSource candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, trade networks, social media, and other recruitment channelsConduct paper screening, initial interviews, and candidate evaluationsCoordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and clientsBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needsEnsure all recruitment activities and candidate records are updated in our ATS and CRM systemsPre-endorse qualified candidates with detailed evaluations and interview notesMeet recruitment KPIs and hiring deadlines consistentlyContribute to improving recruitment strategies and hiring processesQualificationsMinimum 5+ years of recruitment experiencePrevious experience recruiting within the construction industry requiredStrong understanding of construction terminology and hiring needsAbility to work in a fast-paced and high-volume recruitment environmentStrong sourcing and interviewing skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyExperience using ATS, CRM systems, and recruitment platformsExperience recruiting remote or offshore talent is a plusBachelor’s degree preferred but not required
