With a portfolio of 1,400+ products from both mainstream and independent brands, we serve B2B clients across the continent.Our mission is to support food service and retail businesses by providing access to top-quality, authentic Mexican and American products at competitive prices becoming the benchmark for international food distribution in Europe.Purchasing AssistantObjective: To provide operational and analytical support to the purchasing team, ensuring the correct management of purchase orders, incident tracking, information organization, and administrative control, contributing to the department's efficiency and accuracy.Responsibilities:• Creation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs)• Reconciliation of invoices against POs and system entry• Follow-up on credit notes, discrepancies, and quality issues• Organization and digital archiving of quotes• Consolidation of supplier and SKU information• Support in basic analysis (volume, MOQ, variations, prices)• Generation of reports in Excel• Support in physical purchases/one-off quotes• General administrative support for the areaRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in International Business or related field (completed)• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills• Advanced English skills (essential)• Highly detail-oriented and organized• Goal-oriented and with a stable work history• Work location near the Telmex Auditorium; must live nearby with reliable transportation
