Purchasing Specialist

The ideal candidate brings expertise in Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft 365, along with a solid understanding of purchasing workflows and cross‑functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support end‑to‑end procurement processes, including data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.Develop interactive dashboards and procurement insights using Power BI to support decision‑making.Maintain and optimize purchasing data models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and visibility across teams.Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions to identify trends, cost‑saving opportunities, and process improvements.Prepare clear and effective presentations in PowerPoint for internal stakeholders and leadership.Work collaboratively across departments using Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive to support purchasing operations.Support digitalization initiatives, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement in procurement workflows.Technical RequirementsPower BI: Data modeling, report creation, visualization best practices, publishing and sharing dashboards.Excel (Advanced): PivotTables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, conditional formatting, Power Query (Get & Transform), data validation, charts, and data analysis.PowerPoint: Strong visualization and storytelling skills for procurement reports.Microsoft 365: Proficient in Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for collaboration and document management.Experience working in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement environments is a strong plus.Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for sourcing and supplier management.We offer:Direct and indefinite hiring, 100% payroll schema, all law benefitsBenefits above law (Major medical insurance, Life Insurance, saving funds, grocery coupons, 30 days Christmas bonus, 12 days vacations, dental and optical plan) /"For more information on how we process your personal data, please refer to the HCLTech Candidate Data Privacy Notice | HCLTech./"
