We are looking for a Head of Sales Mexico to lead our national sales organization and drive sustainable growth across the Mexican market. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for sales performance, strategy execution, customer relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.You will play a key role in shaping ZIM’s commercial success in Mexico while serving as a core member of the local Leadership Team.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & ManagementLead, coach, and develop a high-performing national sales teamEnsure achievement of volume, revenue, and profitability targetsDistribute sales targets and define priorities across the teamOversee customer visits, quotations, agreements, reporting, and revenue follow-upManage key accounts and negotiate strategic and special projectsImprove sales processes and interfaces with other departments to maximize efficiency and customer experienceExpand and strengthen ZIM’s customer base in MexicoStrategic & Commercial ActivitiesDevelop and execute the national sales strategy aligned with market trendsMaintain deep knowledge of competition, market dynamics, and trade flowsIdentify new revenue opportunities and propose new commercial initiativesBuild strong, long-term partnerships with customers by understanding their business needsStay ahead of market trends and share insights with local teams, regional offices, Business Units, and HQContribute to the overall leadership and strategic direction of ZIM MexicoWhy Join ZIM?At ZIM, you’ll be empowered to lead, innovate, and make an impact in a global organization that values agility, entrepreneurship, and people.
