As a global leader in specialty chemicals, we are recognized for our innovation, quality, and commitment to our people, customers, and the environment.About the RoleWe are currently looking for a Sales Manager – Mexico Region, a strategic and people-focused commercial leader who will drive business growth, lead high-performing teams, and strengthen key customer relationships across Mexico.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the Mexico sales strategy in alignment with global and regional direction.Lead, coach, and develop large sales teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.Manage sales budgets, KPIs, and targets to ensure operational excellence and sustainable results.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, overseeing negotiations and high-impact deal closures.Drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Technical teams.Promote and lead the adoption of digital and analytical tools such as Salesforce and Power BI.Represent the company in customer visits, key meetings, and industry events when required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business Administration (preferred).7–10 years of experience in developing new businesses, clients, and distributors.At least 5 years of experience leading large teams, with strong leadership and coaching capabilities.Proven track record in sales management and value-based selling.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.Solid project management experience.Fluency in English and Spanish.Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.Required SkillsStrong leadership and coaching capabilities.Proven track record in sales management and value-based selling.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.Solid project management experience.Fluency in English and Spanish.Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in the specialty chemicals industry.Familiarity with digital and analytical tools.*Role requires approximately 50% travel.
