Our client an Oil & Gas Masurement and instrumentation company is hiring a Sales Director to own and grow itsLatin America commercial operations.This is a player-coach role. You'll lead a team of 4, manage a $16M existing book of business, and personally drive new customer acquisition across the region. The role is deeply technical — custody transfer, fluid measurement, terminal automation — and requires heavy client consulting and product presentations at senior levels.What you'll own→ Drive new business and cold sales across LATAM — this is a hunting role → Grow and protect a $16M book across key oil & gas accounts → Lead, coach, and develop 4 regional sales managers → Present technical measurement solutions to clients and prospects → Travel ~50% across LATAM + US corporate HQ for internal alignment → Own regional pipeline, forecasting, and monthly CCO reportingWhat we're looking for→ 10+ years in sales, 5+ in leadership → Oil & gas, energy, or measurement technology background — mid/downstream preferred → Proven hunter: new logos, cold outreach, complex technical sales cycles → English fluency required — daily interaction with US headquarters → Open to international travel including the US → Experience managing distributed LATAM teamsCompensationBase: $100,000 USDSales Incentive Plan (SIP): shared during processBenefits via Employer of Record (EOR)
