Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead and manage the R&D team in industrial and product design, driving innovation and developing high-quality, market-responsive products. 2.Oversee the design process to ensure excellence in form, proportion, and aesthetics; apply CMF expertise for visual appeal and market relevance. 3.Conduct structural research and experiments to enhance functionality and performance; develop and test prototypes with strong hands-on skills and attention to detail. 4.Collaborate with marketing, production, and engineering to align product development with company goals; mentor the R&D team to foster innovation. municate effectively in both Spanish and English for clear collaboration and reporting with international teams. Requirements: 1.5+ years of experience in industrial or product design (office furniture design preferred); strong ability to assess product form, proportion, and aesthetics. 2.Deep understanding and experience in CMF application; passion for structural research and prototyping with excellent hands-on skills. 3.Proven team management and leadership experience with strong team-building abilities. 4.Fluency in both Spanish and English.
