Graphic Design Intern

About the Role Hytera is looking for a Design Intern to support our Marketing, Sales, and Talent teams by creating and adapting brand materials. We're seeking someone autonomous—able to take a brief, ask the right questions, and deliver quality work on time. This role goes beyond traditional graphic design: we need someone who uses AI tools to create images, visual adaptations, and short videos faster, while maintaining a strong design eye and brand consistency. Background in graphic design, animation, or AI content production is required. Responsibilities - Design presentations, flyers, brochures, and social media pieces aligned with our visual identity. - Standardize modular templates (PPT/Figma/Canva) and reusable kits per campaign/vertical. - Use AI tools as a core part of the creative process to generate images, variations, edits, and visual assets faster. - Create and adapt short video content using AI and editing tools, including snippets, subtitles, lower thirds, and simple motion-based pieces. - Produce a higher volume of content efficiently, combining design skills with AI tools. - Provide visual support for events (backdrops, simple signage, badges). - Organize files and control versions (naming conventions and order). - Editing of images and photos. Qualifications - Active student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (final semesters). - Portfolio showcasing typographic criteria, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency. Required Skills - Basic/intermediate proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, CoreDRAW, and Canva, Adobe Suite. - Practical experience using AI tools for visual content creation, especially for images and short videos. - Ability to use AI to speed up content production, not only for inspiration but for actual asset creation and adaptation. - Knowledge/experience with AI design tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, cleanup/upscale tools, ChatGPT for prompts/briefs). - Knowledge in video editing or basic animation (Premiere/After Effects). - Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. - Responsibility and commitment to meet deadlines.
