Descripción de empleo: At Polímeros Mexicanos we are looking for an “Accountant”, who adds value to our growth activities, managing the accounting operations of our branches in the United States, an efficient Accountant with an entrepreneurial mentality and great leadership skills, capable of structuring a work team with personnel from abroad. - Preparation and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Master's degree desirable. * Languages: advanced Spanish and English (essential) and fluent, third language desirable. * Proven experience in the area at least five years. * Software: SAP, CRM and Office Advanced essential. * Availability to make international trips (it is essential to have a passport and a valid American visa). * Excellent communication skills with remote work teams. * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - Skills * Extensive experience in Fiscal Financial Consolidation. * Carry out the preparation and analysis of financial statements. * Broad ability to set guidelines in the area. * Effective and impactful communication aimed at the ideal accounting strategy that generates structure in the area. * Ease of promoting new policies in the area. * With extensive negotiation skills and ease of speaking.· * Guarantee compliance with the tax and financial obligations of the group companies. · · * Timely delivery of financial statements. · · * Carry out financial consolidations on time. · · * Bank reconciliations between group companies. · · * Debugging of accounting accounts between subsidiary companies. · · * Develop bank reconciliations between group companies. · · * Determination of tax calculation for the presentation of monthly and annual returns.
