Website: Job Title: Site Lead - Search Evaluation Program Location: Mexico City, Mexico (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Role Overview Straive is setting up a 30-member Search Evaluator team to support a leading global social media client in Mexico City. We are looking for an experienced Site Lead (similar to a Delivery Manager / Operations Manager) who will be our primary person on the ground. This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery, people management, client coordination, and operational excellence for the Mexico City site. The Site Lead will ensure that the search evaluation program meets quality, productivity, and compliance targets while maintaining a positive and high-performance work environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Delivery & Operations Management Own day-to-day delivery of the search evaluation program for the Mexico City site. Plan, allocate, and manage workload across a 30-member team to meet SLAs and KPIs (quality, productivity, timeliness). Monitor performance dashboards and operational metrics; identify gaps and implement corrective actions. Ensure adherence to client guidelines, processes, and evaluation standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, tools, and workflows. 2. People Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ~30 Search Evaluators and Team Leads. Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training in collaboration with HR, Recruitment, and Training teams. Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and feedback sessions; create development plans for team members. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Manage scheduling, attendance, and staffing to ensure adequate coverage across shifts. 3. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary on-ground point of contact for the client’s local/remote stakeholders. Participate in regular governance calls, business reviews, and operational meetings with the client and internal leadership. Translate client expectations into clear operational plans and communicate them effectively to the team. Proactively manage risks, escalations, and issues; provide timely updates and action plans. 4. Quality & Compliance Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality search evaluation outputs aligned with client guidelines. Work closely with Quality and Training teams to implement calibration sessions, refreshers, and audits. Monitor adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance requirements (including client-specific and local regulations). Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality or compliance deviations. 5. Reporting & Analytics Prepare and present regular operational reports (performance, quality, utilization, attrition, etc.) to internal and client stakeholders. Use data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Support forecasting, capacity planning, and budgeting for the site. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or equivalent is a plus. 5-8+ years of experience in operations/delivery management roles in BPO, KPO, content moderation, search evaluation, or similar digital operations environments. Proven experience managing teams of 20+ members in a production/delivery setting. Prior experience working with global tech / social media / internet clients is an added advantage. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs in a fast-paced environment. Experience setting up or scaling new teams/sites is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong people leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (internal and external). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfort with metrics and dashboards. Ability to manage ambiguity, adapt to frequent changes in guidelines, and drive change management. High level of ownership, accountability, and bias for action. Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities. Language Requirements Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native). Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) to interact with global clients and internal teams. Why Join Straive?
