Responsabilities Build and maintain a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives, strategic challenges, initiatives, and competitive landscape. Lead analytics efforts to deliver clear, compelling, and actionable insights , leveraging advanced analytical techniques and strong data storytelling. Translate complex analyses into concise, strategic narratives that inform client and internal decision‑making. Oversee the development and execution of measurement frameworks and learning agendas. Ensure timely delivery and high quality of all recurring and ad‑hoc analytical deliverables. Design and recommend research initiatives to support consumer insight development and strategic planning. Lead consumer segmentation, audience identification, and audience exploration initiatives. Design and oversee tests to measure the incremental impact of media and marketing activities on business outcomes. Identify opportunities to enhance analytical methodologies, processes, and overall ways of working. Present reports, POVs, and strategic recommendations to clients, both virtually and in person. Partner closely with Planning and Investment teams on annual budget development, media plan design, and ongoing optimization efforts. Act as a senior analytics thought partner, guiding teams toward data‑driven solutions and best practices. Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and innovations through ongoing research, training, and professional development. Qualifications Bacherlor´s degreen in Marketing 4-5 years of experience in a quantitative data driven field Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution process is desirable Industry Knowledge in marketing analytics and data Experience in integrated marketing related to media and/or customer journey development, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, ROI development. Demonstrated knowledge in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising Proficiency with Data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI )
