Objective: Support the Local Compliance Officer (LCO) of Mercedes-Benz Mexico to coordinate the implementation and maintenance of an effective Compliance Management System for all relevant areas at Mercedes-Benz Mobility Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. and Mercedes-Benz Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. in accordance with corporate requirements and local laws and regulations. Day to day (main tasks): Integrity Management (IM): Promote a culture of integrity through communication, training, and support of Integrity initiatives. Anti-Corruption (AC): Coordinate anti-corruption activities, including policy implementation, consultations, and due diligence processes. Checks against Sanction Lists (CSL): Support local implementation of Sanctions Compliance, including screening processes and first-level case assessments. Data Compliance (DC): Assist in Data Protection compliance, including incident management, guidance to business areas, and monitoring regulatory changes. Anti-money Laundering (AML): Support AML implementation, risk analysis updates, internal controls, and monitoring activities for Mercedes-Benz Mexico. Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law. Previous experience: 5 years in similar positions Languages : Advanced English Location: CDMX (Santa Fe) Local contract applies. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
