MISSION: Support the planning, creation and optimization of high-performance digital content across e-commerce, social media, and owned platforms.This role combines hands-on creation, coordination and basic performance analysis to ensure content is on-brand, on-time and continuously improving against visibility and sales objectives. MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB: Content Creation & Production Create and adapt visual and video content for: E-commerce (PDPs, A+ Content, Brand Stores, Sponsored Videos) Social media (Reels, TikTok, Stories, Short-form videos) Digital campaigns and CRM assets Translate brand guidelines and briefs into clear, engaging visuals. Produce and edit short-form videos (product demos, storytelling, performance creatives). Adapt assets across formats, platforms, and ratios. Ensure consistency in layout, typography, product accuracy, and brand standards. Support scriptwriting, storyboards and basic creative concepts. Performance Tracking & Optimization Track content performance across platforms (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion signals). Support basic analysis of what works vs. what doesn’t by format and channel. Implement optimizations on visuals, formats or messaging based on results. Manage content updates and versions (refresh, replace, retire), in collaboration with the Media or eCommerce team. AI & Creative Tools Use AI tools to support content creation (image, video, copy, editing). Apply AI to speed up adaptations, testing and production. Stay curious about new formats, tools & trends and apply learnings to execution. Content Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration Support the content roadmap and calendar aligned with commercial priorities, launches and campaigns. Support the content request-to-approval workflow in , ensuring clear briefs, on-time delivery, proper asset management. Coordinate with designers, trainees and agencies when needed. Collaborate closely with the commercial and marketing services teams. Maintain content trackers, asset libraries and approval status. Ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with dependencies (product readiness, claims, media timing).
