DETAILS Location: Mexico City (HYBRID) Budget: 30k net + benefits Duration: Long term project Scientific Content Reviewer About the role: Review and validate scientific and medico-marketing content to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance across multiple formats and channels. Key Responsibilities: Review scientific and promotional content (emails, brochures, websites, social media, etc.) Ensure scientific accuracy, consistency, and proper referencing Validate content against medico-legal-regulatory (MLR) requirements Improve content clarity, structure, and flow Ensure tone and messaging align with target audience (HCPs, patients, pharmacists) Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, and provide clear feedback to writers Review visuals and creative elements for alignment with scientific messaging Collaborate with PMs, writers, and cross-functional teams Support project timelines and ensure high-quality deliverables Follow best practices in grammar, style, and documentation Participate in client calls when needed Ensure compliance with quality, confidentiality, and security policies Requirements: 3–4+ years in pharma/healthcare content (reviewing or writing) Experience reviewing scientific or promotional materials (MANDATORY) Knowledge of MLR processes (Veeva Vault/ZINC is a plus) Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills Solid understanding of medical/scientific content Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
