Translator (Chinese – Spanish – English)

BYD México is looking for a highly skilled Translator to support our growing operations in Mexico. This role is critical in enabling real-time communication between local teams and global stakeholders, particularly in executive meetings, negotiations, and cross-cultural business environments within the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities Provide real-time interpretation in Chinese, Spanish, and English during meetings, negotiations, workshops, and site visits. Translate business, technical, and operational documents , including presentations, reports, contracts, and emails. Support commercial negotiations by ensuring accurate communication, tone, and intent across languages. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all translated and interpreted content. Support the expat team members in goverment procedures Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Languages, International Relations, Business, or related field . Full professional proficiency in Spanish, English, and Chinese . Proven experience in real-time interpretation for business or corporate environments. Strong understanding of business etiquette and negotiation protocols , preferably in Chinese–Latin American contexts. Desirable eperience in the automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sector is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and professional judgment.
