Continuous Improvement Specialist

We are a high-caliber company seeking talent to fill the position of Continuous Improvement Specialist. Candidates must meet the following profile requirements: Education: Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (or related fields). Bachelor's degree required. Essential: Fluent English. Experience: 3 to 5 years. Key Responsibilities: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and process enhancement to reduce process variability and costs that impact the company's income statement across all company, with a primary focus on manufacturing. 1. Budget administrator for saving projects and ensure budget compliance. • Ensure and increase the number of improvement tools and projects implemented. • Collaborate with leaders, managers, and operations director to ensure the timely development of the budget, in accordance with regional and corporate timelines and guidelines. 2. Standard Work. Implement, manage, oversee, and provide support for projects incorporating continuous improvement methodologies—such as Lean Manufacturing (including 5S, Kaizen, SOP, Takt Time, among others), Six Sigma, and others. 3. Report improvements and cost savings generated, ensuring alignment with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. 4. Implement and assist in the execution of improvement projects designed to reduce costs.
