Where You’ll Make a Difference Serve as a regional and/or global expert providing advanced support for Order-to-Cash (OTC) systems Act as an escalation point for complex system issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution Support system integrations for new customers and system enhancements, safeguarding data integrity Analyze issues end‑to‑end to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions Partner cross‑functionally with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and external vendors Act as a subject matter expert on OTC processes, systems, data flows, and integrations Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization and automation Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and user guides Train users and teams on system changes, enhancements, and best practices What Makes You The Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 6+ years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a related function Strong knowledge of OTC processes and supporting systems Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system and process issues Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and quantitative skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Experience working in global, cross‑cultural environments Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Highly collaborative, detail‑oriented, and proactive mindset How Would You Stand Out? Hands‑on experience or training in SAP OTC / SAP SD Six Sigma and/or APICS certification Advanced expertise with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools Why Choose Us?
