We seek a Digital Marketing Strategist Senior who dares to think differently and trusts their gut. You’ll play a key role in crafting ideas that move culture and drive business, blending creativity, media, and AI to make an impact that lasts. Main Responsibilities: - Develop 360° communication strategies aligned with business objectives - Conduct market, competitive, and audience analyses - Generate cultural insights for the Mexican and Latin American markets - Explore AI tools and new technologies in brand strategy - Provide strategic direction for content and influencer marketing - Analyze performance and optimize strategies - Prepare benchmarks, studies, and strategic reports - Present strategies to internal teams and clients - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams - Design and facilitate strategic workshops Requeriments: - Fluent English (B2+) - 7+ years of experience in strategic communication and brand planning - Development of digital and traditional strategies - Experience in the Mexican and Latin American markets (a plus) - Background in advertising or digital marketing agencies What will help you succeed: Strategy and Analysis - Strategic and analytical thinking - Translating data into actionable insights - Identifying cultural and technological trends - In-depth audience analysis - Genuine interest in technology and AI.
