What will you do? Start Your Career in Talent Acquisition; As a Recruiting Intern, you’ll get real-world exposure to how companies attract, evaluate, and hire talent. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn by doing and be involved in real recruitment processes from day one. Your day-to-day activities will include: - Supporting the full recruitment process, from job postings to hiring decisions - Reviewing resumes and identifying operative talent - Coordinating interviews and connecting with candidates - Supporting recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and campus initiatives - Helping maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers - Working closely with HR and business teams on active hiring projects - This internship is designed to give you practical experience, not just observation. *Location: Schneider Electric, Planta Rojo Gómez: Av. Javier Rojo Gómez 1121-A, Guadalupe del Moral, Iztapalapa, 09300 Ciudad de México. *7 am - 1 pm. *Monday to Friday, morning availabilities. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in: Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. (Must: Graduating in June 2027 or later) - Intermediate - advanced English. - Motivation to learn about recruitment and people-related topics - Availability for an internship commitment.
