We are looking for an: HR Coordinator, Mexico. Responsible for supporting and/or managing all relevant HR Processes, including payroll processing with third-party, ensures that interactive HR functions are effectively aligned and executed in support of the business and the Global People & Culture priority of the Growth Agenda. Main responsibilities - Competently administers and documents all HR processes and employee records– full employee life cycle - Oversees local payrolls processing together with 3rd party provider ensuring compliance with local regulations and regulatory authorities - Implements People 4Ps (policies, procedures, programs and processes) in line with local and global standards - Delivers professional support of regular HR processes including Performance Management, Merit, Bonus, Talent Review, Workforce Planning, Organizational culture, Engagement, Strengths based approach - Guides managers and employees of supported functions in all HR matters, including employee relations, inquiries, conflict resolution, workplace health & safety - Contributes to global HR projects and cooperates with members of the international HR community - Responsible for HR communications out of/into the function - Leads recruitment of staff and management positions - Leads/supports local implementation of operative and strategic HR tools - Prepares package proposals for new hires/promotions in accordance with local C&B and in line with Global guidelines - Coordinates labor relations, including general advice on legal requirements - Delivers requested reporting to HR and Finance, including budget processes and HR Analytics - Designs and facilitates training and development offering, including regional and global initiatives. Requirements - 3-5 years` experience in a similar position managing payroll processing and validation, preferably multinational companies - University degree - Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or other highly regulated industry, is preferred - Strong customer focus and ability to interact with diverse professional profiles, and international cultures. - Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion and removal of workplace barriers - Knowledge of and experience with, Payroll processing and labor relations - Strong communication skills, including written and verbal, as well as presentation skills - Advanced command of the English language (oral and written)
