Recruitment Specialist Position Objetive: Lead and execute strategic recruitment initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global standards. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR leadership, driving continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes. Key Responsabilities - Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding - Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and talent needs. - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job profiles and selection criteria. - Manage job postings across platforms and ensure employer branding consistency. - Design and implement advanced sourcing strategies, leveraging data and market insights. - Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and candidate experience. - Support employer branding initiatives and participate in high-impact recruitment projects. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. Requirements Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: - Minimum 2–3 years in recruitment roles. - Experience in international companies; automotive industry experience is desirable. Technical Knowledge: - Proficiency in recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, OCC, etc.). - Knowledge of competency-based interviews and assessment tools. - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Languages: - English: Advanced Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. - Analytical mindset for evaluating profiles and recruitment KPIs. - Teamwork and stakeholder management. - Adaptability and problem-solving under pressure.
