How You Will Make a Difference What you will do: This position is responsible for supporting all HR processes for retail including employee relations, policy implementation, recruitment, training, events and reporting of information. Key Responsibilities: Coordinates recruiting process including creating job descriptions, job fairs, temporary agencies and onboarding process. Manages exit processes and controls changes in personnel management like new hires, rehires, terminations, suspensions, promotions and transfers in HR database systems. Responsible for coordinating workers’ compensation, payroll and employee benefits. Assists retail associates with HR general issues. Visits regularly retail stores in Mexico. Provides guidance and training to supervisory staff regarding personnel policies and keeps abreast of labor law relating to provide support with employee relations. Job Requirements: Years of Related Professional Experience: 3-5 in similar roles in Human Resources, preferrably in retail department. Availability to travel occassionally (25% of the time). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields. Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English and Spanish (written, oral and presentation skills) Ability to pro-actively plan, schedule and execute multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to maintain confidential information Ability to read, analyze and interpret policies, procedures and other business practices, guidelines and documents Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and HRIS software Office Suite (Excel & Power Point).
