Title: Data Steward Duration: 10 Months with possibility of extension Start: April 2026 Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, Mexcio (San Diego Churubusco, Coyoacan) Working Hours: Day Shift Position Purpose Provide backup support to the SimpleMDG Core business team and serve as a primary contact for affiliates for the creation, activation, and maintenance of SAP material master data. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness in line with Global Master Data Management standards. Work closely with the Global Data Management team to support SAP master data processes and governance requirements across commercial affiliates. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain SAP material master records and perform ongoing data maintenance. Support commercial teams with procedures related to material master data management. Analyze business and operational data to support ERP data validation activities. Ensure data maintenance follows defined data governance and business rules. Process new material setups and change requests in the ERP system. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Sales to resolve master data issues. Support data quality, governance, and cleansing initiatives. Coordinate material setup activities such as costing, pricing, and material extensions. Support regional supply chain activities and local affiliate data requirements. Minimum Requirements 3 to 5 years of SAP MM or material master data experience. Experience with SAP transactions such as MM01, MM02, MM17, ME11, and ME01. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Ability to work in a fast paced global environment and collaborate across teams.
