Health And Safety Specialist

We looking for a Health and Safety Specialist to work in the implementation of modern practices in line with current legislation, with a focus on prevention, well-being and continuous improvement. Responsibilities • Implement, maintain and update Occupational Health and Safety programs. • Perform inspections, identify risks and propose preventive and corrective actions. • Record and track incidents, near misses and non-conformities. • Provide training and support awareness campaigns. • Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards and other applicable legislation. • Support operational teams on the use of PPE, risk analysis and good practices. • Participate in initiatives and projects related to wellbeing, in line with new legal requirements. Requirements • Completes bachelor’s degree • Proven experience with Health & Safety routines • Experience in wellbeing and occupational health initiatives, according to updated guidelines and legislation • Advanced english (oral and written). • Good communication, sense of organization and proactive posture • Availability to work in the field around 20% of the time and monitor operational routines Differentials • Experience in industrial or logistics environments • Familiarity with Health & Safety indicators and continuous improvement tools What we offer • Structured environment, with a strong culture of safety and well-being • Opportunity to participate in strategic projects in the area • Competitive benefits package
