Where You’ll Make a Difference - Prepare APO reports, gap analyses, KPIs, and pipeline monitoring to enable data‑driven decisions - Act as the operational backbone for Sales, ensuring accurate and timely analytical, administrative, and coordination support - Develop professional sales presentations summarizing performance, pipeline, and insights - Handle customer operational requests, including documentation, certifications, and platform updates - Coordinate product sample requests and deliveries to support customer satisfaction - Analyze import statistics to support market and commercial understanding - Manage internal coordination across Sales, CSR, GRA, Applications, Finance, and Logistics - Support vendor management activities, including purchase requisitions and payment follow‑ups - Coordinate travel, expenses, events, and internal communication channels (e.g., Teams) What Makes You the Right Fit - Experience supporting sales or commercial teams in an operational, analytical, or coordination role - Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports, KPIs, and performance insights - High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data handling, and follow‑ups - Proven ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast‑paced environment - Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across cross‑functional teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) - Experience managing customer documentation, platforms, or operational requests - Knowledge of internal processes related to pricing, vendors, or expense management - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and ensure consistent execution How Would You Stand Out? - Experience working with CRM or sales platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, customer portals) - Previous exposure to international or cross‑regional sales organizations - Experience supporting events, commercial projects, or pipeline reviews Why Choose Us? - Be part of a collaborative, cross‑functional sales environment with real business impact - Gain exposure to commercial strategy, performance analytics, and customer operations - Work closely with senior sales stakeholders and diverse internal teams - Opportunity to develop strong analytical, coordination, and business skills - Dynamic role with varied responsibilities and continuous learning - Supportive culture focused on teamwork, quality, and operational excellence We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
