Location: Carrington, North Dakota Employment Type: Full-Time Visa Type: EB-3 Role Description As aNursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing consistent, high-quality care to all residents, ensuring each individual receives the same level of attention and support. Your duties include assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, ambulation, positioning, and transportation of residents. You will also provide care related to catheter and ostomy needs, as well as assist with lifting, moving, and repositioning residents as required. You will support meal-related activities, including the placement of meal trays, assisting residents during meals, and recording intake and output. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting, documenting, and reporting data related to residents’ daily activities, including vital signs, weight, behaviors, mobility, feeding, toileting, and overall condition. Maintaining a safe and orderly environment is essential. You will assist in ensuring the safety and security of residents and staff by following proper use of equipment, emergency procedures, and infection control protocols. You will also be expected to actively participate in meetings and in-service training programs related to your role, while maintaining effective communication with team members and residents’ families.
