Epic Analyst – Ambulatory/Radiant/Cadence or Inpatient

We are looking for: Healthcare IT Systems Analyst (Ambulatory & Cadence, Inpatient Portals) Location: (Onsite/Hybrid) Experience: 1-2+ years in Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) Technical IT Experience Required We are looking for candidates who have a strong IT background, specifically in: System Implementation: Full lifecycle experience in deploying enterprise software across large hospital networks. Database & Configuration: Expert-level build experience—managing master files, category lists, and complex system logic. Environment Management: Proficiency in moving technical builds across environments (e.g., Data Courier or equivalent migration tools). Troubleshooting & Support: Experience managing high-priority (P1/P2) technical tickets using ServiceNow, Cherwell, or similar ITIL tools. Core Systems Expertise (Epic & Alternatives) While we highly value Epic (Ambulatory, MyChart, Cadence) certifications, we are open to IT Analysts with equivalent technical experience in: Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) MEDITECH Expanse Altera/Allscripts (Sunrise/ TouchWorks) eClinicalWorks (Enterprise level) Technical Skill Set Interoperability: Knowledge of HL7 messaging, API integrations, and telehealth technical setups. Mobile & Digital Tech: Technical configuration of mobile platforms like Haiku, Canto, or patient-facing apps. AI Integration: Exposure to integrating ambient AI (like Nabla) into existing IT workflows. SDLC: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle as it applies to healthcare systems.
