Lead – Project Management Insurgentes Sur This role leads the PMO team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. It combines strategy, team leadership, and execution to drive efficiency and results. Key responsibilities: - Define PMO strategy, processes, and best practices
- Oversee project delivery, managing timelines, risks, and outcomes
- Align with stakeholders and provide clear project updates
- Manage resources, budgets, and team performance
- Ensure quality standards and track KPIs across projects Requirements: - 8–10+ years in project management, leading complex projects and teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with budgeting, reporting, and PM tools
