Mexico Safety and Security Manager

Job Description 1. Responsible for safety and loss prevention management of NSC distribution warehouses and all LMS delivery sites in Mexico. 2. Familiar with local Mexican laws and regulations on safety, fire protection and warehousing to ensure compliance. 3. Establish and implement Company s safety management system (Mechanical safety, electrical safety, construction operations, etc.), loss prevention process, and risk control measures to prevent safety and loss prevention accidents. 4. Organize safety training, emergency drills and handle safety incidents, independently complete the accident investigation report and implement safety improvements.5. Supervise the security team and conduct regular inspections of warehouses and delivery sites. 6. Accept occasional business trips within Mexico to support safety management at various LMS sites. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above (For outstanding candidates, the requirements can be relaxed.) 2. At least 2 years of experience in safety management and loss prevention in warehouses, logistics or distribution centers. 3. Language: Fluent Spanish; working proficiency in English or Chinese. 4. Familiar with local Mexican compliance requirements for safety, fire, labor and warehousing. 5. Possess the ability to identify risks related to warehouse logistics safety and loss prevention, as well as emergency response and team management. 6. Able to accept occasional travel; strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
