Delivery Manager

Roles & Responsibilities 1.Responsible for project delivery management of key customers, connecting front-end sales (AR) and back-end delivery implementation, ensuring contract execution, managing the whole process from order to payback, and being responsible for delivery schedule, quality, cost and customer satisfaction. 2. Make early intervention in the pre-sales stage, participate in customer communication, contract negotiation and sales contract review to ensure contract quality and deliver ability. 3. Responsible for MCE (Management contract execution) process implementation, including contract analysis, contract change management, contract risk management, contract delivery performance and revenue recognition, etc. 4. Manage the customer's project requirement plan, project preparation schedule and delivery conditions, formulate the project delivery plan and revenue plan, monitor and track the customer's project progress and problems, ensure the smooth completion of the project delivery plan, and effectively identify and manage delivery risks and control costs. 5. Manage project delivery customer satisfaction, handle customer complaints and feedback requests, and coordinate related resources to solve quickly, improve customer satisfaction; 6. Participate in resolving customer complaints regarding products and service. Qualifications description/Bachelor/Experience need Bachelor degree or above, with professional background in supply chain management, international trade, logistics, etc.; At least 3~5 years of experience in project management and delivery management, be familiar to the whole process of delivery for international trade, order fulfillment, logistics process, basic international trade knowledge, finance and local tax knowledge, also customs clearance process; Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Good communication skills, be able to communicate with customers (both internal and external) and project team effectively, and be quick to solve urgent issues; Experienced in the use of spreadsheets, word processing, Excel, Power Point; Ever work in PV industry will be good plus.
