Content Producer (Req English)

We foster a results-driven environment suited for motivated professionals comfortable working independently and managing quick turnaround requests.Job Responsibilities Execute content updates on production websites by working off detailed Jira tickets using the Contentful platform. Collaborate closely with clients and project managers to implement ad hoc content changes efficiently. Maintain self-motivation and focus throughout work hours, managing tasks independently during remote work. Ensure timely and accurate completion of content-related tasks following established guidelines and workflows. Communicate proactively with team members to report progress and any potential roadblocks. Adhere to work schedule from 10 AM to 7 PM Mexico Time (MXT) to align with client availability. Required Qualifications Fluent English proficiency to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. College education minimum; Bachelor’s degree preferred, Master’s degree or higher is a plus. 2 to 5+ years of experience in content production, content management, or related digital publishing roles. Hands-on experience with Jira ticketing systems and Contentful or similar content management platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working remotely in a similar role with minimal supervision. Familiarity with web content workflows in an IT services or technology-driven environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling client requests. Comfortable working overlapping U.S. and Mexican time zones.
