Position Objective Lead the boutique’s overall operations, ensuring commercial objectives are met, the team is developed, and client service excellence is maintained. You will manage both the sales floor and administrative operations effectively. Key Responsibilities Ensure achievement of KPIs: sales, clienteling, mystery shopper, UPT, AVT, and more. Develop tailored commercial and clienteling strategies. Manage the sales team: coaching, training, feedback, and individual development. Oversee administrative and operational processes according to corporate policies. Collaborate with Product, Visual, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams. Control inventory, discount policies, and presentation standards. Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a premium experience to every client. Key Profile Requirements: 5–10 years of experience in the luxury sector. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manager. Conversational English (preferred). Experience leading and developing teams of approximately 13 people. Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop talent. Capability to make decisions based on sales analysis and client behavior.
