Warranty Supervisor Position Objective The Warranty Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warranty operations across the dealer network, ensuring compliance with OEM policies, operational efficiency, and high-quality warranty claim processing. This role supervises day-to-day warranty activities, supports and guides dealers, and coordinates with internal teams to improve warranty performance and compliance. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warranty operations and outcomes across the dealer network. Lead and oversee end-to-end warranty claim processes: submission, validation, approval, and reimbursement. Ensure dealership compliance with OEM warranty policies, procedures, and technical standards. Provide guidance, training, and escalation support to dealer service and warranty teams. Monitor warranty KPIs, claim quality, and turnaround times; follow up on deviations. Supervise warranty analysis to identify trends, risks, misuse, or improvement areas. Coordinate implementation of service campaigns, recalls, and technical bulletins. Act as escalation point for complex or high-impact warranty cases. Prepare reports and insights for After Sales and senior stakeholders. Collaborate with Technical, Quality, Finance, and Dealer Network teams. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in warranty operations or aftersales roles within the automotive industry. Previous experience supervising warranty operations, dealer performance, or service processes. Solid experience working directly with dealership service departments. Advanced English (business level). Technical Knowledge Automotive mechanical fundamentals and workshop processes. Strong understanding of OEM warranty policies and repair standards. Warranty claim validation, audit, and approval processes. Familiarity with service bulletins, recalls, and campaigns. Data analysis and reporting skills (Excel required; Power BI desirable). Key Skills & Competencies Operational leadership and team supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. High attention to detail and compliance mindset. Clear and assertive communication with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to balance dealer support with strict policy enforcement.
